Payment is expected at the time of the order.  If other arrangements are necessary (sending money order) please contact me at: customerservice@exquisitevintagejewelry.com.

 

Personal checks are not accepted.  Money orders or cashiers checks will be accepted.

 

Shipping:

 

Your jewelry will be in a zip lock back to ensure that it is not exposed to air and that everything remains intact in the bag.  Then it will be wrapped and placed in a secure bubble mailer.  Each piece is treated with the utmost care and caution to protect your investment.  Shipments are made 2-3 times per week and I use USPS first class or international airmail.

 

Return Policy:

 

I offer a 100% money back or store exchange guarantee.  Please contact me if there is any question or problem with your jewelry.  Items must be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the jewelry and I must be notified first.  I will not be responsible for return shipping cost.
